Recently updated with all new flooring, kitchen and bath fixtures, paint, accessories, furniture, and bedding! Includes conveniences such as an elevator to help get your vacation started with ease. Relax in your private backyard with plenty of space for yard games and take a dip in the private pool. The kids will enjoy the new bunk bed room and adults will have a retreat in one of 2 king main suites, each with a fully private bathroom. Plus there are an additional 2 bedrooms so the whole group can enjoy a relaxing beach vacation together. We hope you enjoy our piece of paradise!
Wide elevator (40.5"x42"), Wide doorways on the 1st floor, Elevator goes to all floors, Televisions, High Speed Internet, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Heat and Central A/C, Washer and Dryer, Range and Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Iron and Ironing Board, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt and pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

This is THE perfect beach house. AWESOME!!!
This is an excellent property! It is not really advertised how close the beach is to the house. The 30-second walk was an absolute game changer and it made our vacation more than perfect. The elevator was the best thing ever. It makes unloading the car/groceries/beach gear a breeze!! The house was beautifully updated and redecorated. The brand new hardwood floors/carpet throughout were perfect. The bathrooms are excellent and well-appointed. Beds are all brand new mattresses and comfy new bedding as well. The smart TVs in every single room were so easy to use and were an unexpected addition to the house. The balconies were super comfy and relaxing with the rocking chairs. The giant linen closet right off of the stairs/elevator on the third floor was the best! It made it so easy for all seven of us to grab a new beach or bath towel. Some things that could use improvement would be updated the look of the elevator to match the rest of the property (new floors, paint), and some new pool furniture and maybe a pool heater as the pool was just a bit chilly for part of our week. Overall, La Mar Grande was one of the most well-thought-out vacation properties we’ve ever stayed in, and a ginormous value for the price. Couldn’t recommend this house more and we miss it so much already. We know we won’t look any further in the future for the perfect house because this is it. We are so beyond grateful for the owners and the EXCELLENT staff at Surfside Realty who made our vacation one to remember!! More than perfect
Our family stayed at this beautiful property for spring break- the newly renovated and decorated home was well appointed, located within a minute walk to the beach, and left us wanting to stay longer. We enjoyed hours in the quiet and gorgeous beach, evenings on the many patios and can’t wait to go back when it is warmer to swim in the private pool.
