PROPERTY AMENITIES
High-Speed Internet, Foosball Table, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Pillows & Comforters, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.

Location is great. The house is neat and clean. The owners were at the property when I arrived and escorted me to the elusive managemebt office. My family and I enjoyed the pool,balconies for early morning coffee and the short walk to the beach. The surround sound is powerful for the open concept space. The kitchen supplies were lacking for the amount of bedrooms and people who could stay. Needed large pots and serving dishes. Had difficulties with the ice maker that the property manager could not fix. All of the light switches were labeled and deck furniture was clean. If your looking for close to the beach and a clean property this is it. I will definetly stay here again. The rating should be 4.8 due to kitchen but if you do not cook. 5 star all the way!!

License to chill was a great house. Clean , new and family friendly. All furniture was clean. All updated appliances,new washer and dryer. Pool was clean and maintained . Great place to bring your family .Weve been coming to Myrtle Beach for 15 yrs. Stayed in 15 different houses. This house is #1 on my list!!!
