PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator (goes to all the floors), Media Room, Game Room, 3 Wet Bars, 3 Living Areas, High Speed Internet, Televisions, Heat and Central A/C, Ceiling Fans Throughout, 3 Washer and Dryers, Range and Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Pillows and Comforters, Iron and Ironing Board, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt and pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

Perfect house
Our family had an amazing week at Ms. Independence!! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but also great to gather together. The house is more than perfect and hopefully we can return sometime.

Amazing house!
It has been a wonderful week for our “Friendcation”! This house is amazing and our time spent at Ms. Independence has been unforgeable! Thank you for sharing your home with us! It was so nice to take a pause and relax! We will hold on to the memories as we travel back home! We love Garden City!

Magnificent Home
We so enjoyed our vacation in this magnificence home, with 5 kids and their families we are quite a crowd. There was plenty of room for everyone and everything we needed was here. This house is so tastefully decorated and thought out. It made our stay so enjoyable. Thanks for the memories.

Nice Vacation
We had an opportunity to have a very nice family vacation in this beautiful home. We have stayed in many large houses over the years but none were as nice and spacious as this house. We really love this house and have already booked it again next year. Amazing home

Miss Independence!
Our group of 18 have stayed in many beach homes over the years. Miss Independence is the best! The kitchen is huge and well equipped. The decks, both ocean side and inlet side are great with high quality furniture. Sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the inlet were enjoyed by our whole family. We ate dinner outside every night. The game level is terrific. Our group both old and young loved it. The bedrooms and baths are spacious and well appointed.The pool area is resort quality. Memory house
This home is beautiful! This is our 2nd vacation in this home and it did not disappoint. Best memories are made here! Thank you for sharing Ms. Independence with us. Nowhere else we would rather spend our yearly family vacation at. 2nd stay and definitely not the last. We love Murrells Inlet!

Fantastic Place
On a cold Wisconsin fall day, over some cheese and beer, our five families chose “Miss Independence” as our location for some fun in the sun. This place was fantastic, the pool, hot tub, beach and yes the kitchen was great. This is the best house we’ve ever stayed at and will probably be rebooking soon for next year! I can say we also enjoyed the amenities in the house as well as the layout allowed for some great social activities. Lastly as five friends we came to Ms. Independence, we now leave as family, thank you for sharing your home.

Vacation of a lifetime
Thank you so much for the family vacation of a lifetime. There were 18 of us and we all had space and food and fun in our own individual ways. The way you have designed the house made it possible for some to be relaxing and reading on balcony, other to be at the beach, many to be playing games and even other to be floating in the pool. Thank you for being considerate about the needs of families in so many ways. We will always remember Miss Independence and the family joy it brought us.

House is Fantastic!
We have stayed at large houses up and down Garden City Beach for close to 20 years. This is one of the nicest if not THE nicest house we have stayed at. The pool is the gold standard for beach house pool. We have had a great week!!
