Modest 3 br place that was just perfect for us.
Phillips Cottage had everything we needed and a bit more. We particularly liked the front and back porches and being 2 very short blocks to the beach. The interior furnishings and appliances, while not brand new, were all in good shape and served us well. I gave it 5 stars for "value", . .three bedrooms, 2 baths, everything you need to cook and clean so close to the beach, . . . .all for a very reasonable price.- forrest p from surfside beach, Posted: 01/29/2022
