Be together without being TOO together! The main house is a 3 bedroom with 1 king, 1 queen & 2 full, two bath home. The separate guest cottage provides 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, a sofa bed and a Jack & Jill bath. Both homes are loaded with new decor, furniture and appliances throughout. Enjoy evenings by the firepit (firewood provided) making lasting memories with friends and family. Your relaxing beach getaway can be found here!

Garden City is known for its long stretch of beautiful, soft sandy beaches. Close by there are over 100 golf courses, multiple mini-golf courses, water parks, flea market, dinner shows, ample shopping, wineries, breweries & restaurants. Also, you may enjoy fishing tours, boat tours, aerial adventure park, kayaking, paddle boards, dolphin cruises or a day trip to the historic Georgetown Riverwalk. So many opportunities await you!

Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
